B&Q, Trevenson Road, Camborne
Texton Property Fund has sold the B&Q in Camborne to Realty Income for £8.96 million reflecting a net initial yield of 6.6%.
The price shows a 15% premium to the fund’s most recent book value for the property.
The property was purpose-built for B&Q and is approximately 48,000 sq ft. It is let to B&Q Plc on an FRI lease expiring on 24 March 2028 at a current passing rent of £631,200 per annum.
Texton Property Fund is a REIT listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
