CSP are retained by Popeyes Louisiana Chicken on their UK expansion across retail and leisure parks for drive thru, drive to and in line units.

Having launched in the UK less than 3 years ago, they have rapidly grown and will have over 50 sites open by the end of the year. The intention is to grow the business significantly over the next 5 years with the management plan to have 350+ restaurants in the UK. Popeyes form part of RBI brands and have recently seen significant investment in the business from TDR Capital which will help to facilitate their rapid growth strategy.

They are seeking units from 2,000 – 4,000 sq ft on strong, dominant retail and leisure parks.
